    Unsere Erfahrung mit Carlos war gut und Carlos reagierte immer schnell auf Nachrichten. Das Boot liegt nicht so wie angegeben – es ist nur eine kurze Taxifahrt entfernt und eigentlich ein viel schönerer Ort (kostet aber von Palma aus 40 € für die Hin- und Rückfahrt mit dem Taxi). Das Boot hatte zwar eine Panne, aber Carlos schickte wieder einmal schnell Leute, um es zu reparieren, und wir waren in einer Stunde wieder einsatzbereit. Keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung.
    Our experience with Carlos was fine and Carlos was always quick to respond to messages. The boat isn't located as advertised - it's a short taxi ride away and actually a much nicer location (but did cost €40 return taxi fares from Palma). The boat did break down, but once again Carlos was quick to send people to fix it and we were up and running again in an hour. No apology or compensation though.
