Am Ende sagen sie, dass es 6 Gläser waren (was nicht stimmt) und berechnen uns 21 für den angeblichen Verlust von 3 Plastikgläsern. Es erscheint lächerlich, diesen Betrag für Plastikbecher zu verlangen. Außerdem sagten sie uns, dass sie die Anzahlung in Höhe von 1.000 noch am selben Abend erhalten würden, und ich erhielt sie zwei Wochen später.El ancla no funcionaba. Contaba con 4 vasos de plástico y perdimos uno de ellos. Al finalizar dicen que había 6 vasos (cosa que no es verdad) y nos cobran 21 por la supuesta pérdida de 3 vasos de plástico. Me parece ridículo cobrar esa cantidad por vasos de plástico. Además, los 1.000 de fianza nos dijeron que los recibiría esa misma noche y la he recibido dos semanas despues. -
