In Ordnung, schnell. Sie haben das Modell, das wir reserviert hatten, gegen ein anderes Äquivalent (etwas schmaler, aber mit Dusche) ausgetauscht. Schließen Sie keine Samboat-Kautionsversicherung ab, da sie weder für den Eigentümer des Bootes von Nutzen ist, noch Sie in irgendeiner Weise abdeckt (der Eigentümer des Bootes hat bereits eine Versicherung zur Deckung des Bootes, die Kaution muss in der genauso und das Unternehmen storniert die Abfahrt einfach aufgrund des Wetters).

Muy bien, rápido. Nos cambiaron el modelo que teníamos reservado por otro equivalente (algo mas estrecho pero con ducha). No comprar el seguro de fianza de Samboat, ya que no le sirve de nada al titular del barco, ni te cubre ningún aspecto (el titular del barco ya tiene un seguro para la cobertura del barco, la fianza hay que hacerla igual y la empresa solo cancela la salida por el clima).

Super contact avec David. Bateau coque et moteur excellents, mais ne demande qu'a être entretenu pour toutes ses options ( Frigo HS, Guindeau électrique HS). Je recommande cette location.

Accueil sympa, tout était prêt. Bateau très bien, propre et parfaitement équipé pour une journée en famille à 5 avec 3 enfants. Seul bémol, la réservation de la bouée à était oublié, d'une double, nous nous sommes rabattus sur une simple disponible. Merci de la journée.

Bonjour On a passé une très bonne journée avec le bateau. On a eu un problème sur la réservation qui a repoussé de 4 jours.je ne comprends pas pourquoi on a payé plus chère de 40 euro que le prix sur place sans compter l'assurance de 40 euro qui n'a pas été prise en compte lors du déplacement de réservation.samboat devrait me rappeler pour discuter des différents problème sur le site. Cordialement

Very nice person and staff. Boat however not in very good shape. Roof of the boat cannot be put up while sailing it. Consequently it lays all the time on the sitting area. Very inconvenient. During the entire sailing tour legs needs to be placed over the metal poles of the roof construction. When putting the roof up while floating the roof cannot be straightened, looks very poor and does not give the shade it should give. The boat should not be adveristed like perfect and then while onboarding it be handed-over to you with the instruction not to sail with the roof up. The roof poles are broken and taped to keep it together each one of them. I believe this is not ok. We rented this boat to be able to sail it also having shade. Which was simple not possible. Open sea, in the full sun. Luckily we brought a big bottle of sun cream. Otherwise we would have gotten more sun burnt. Two kept shirts on the whole trip. Soory, to have to leave you this negative feedback. But I believe it is a must improve David. Service is great, however boat not. That’s why I am rating with 2. As I feel it is not an honest deal this way.
