Der Rest des Personals war sehr freundlich.Originele boot was niet beschikbaar en het duurde een uur tot we uiteindelijk op een alternatieve boot zaten. Transfer terug van boot naar kantoor had een wachttijd van drie kwartier en ik moest er 3x achteraan bellen. Jacques zelf was zeer onvriendelijk. Rest van het personeel was erg vriendelijk. -
